Change starts at home.

The female body is a relationship we build through practice and learning, given that very few of us were raised in a culture where we were shown, educated or inspired by the mothers, aunties and elders around us.

It’s turning towards the breasts, the cervix, the vulva, the vagina, our blood, the uterus and learning the language of the body. It’s remembering how to feel and allowing for the waves of healing that need to move through the tissues. It’s befriending the seasons of change that are a part of the female bodied experience.

The female body is a landscape of discovery — a deep remembering of how to tend, care, and feel. To inhabit the body fully is to live in service to the wild wisdom within death, the Earth, and Love.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women in re-inhabiting their bodies— learning their anatomy, falling in love with caring for their tissues, coming home to the power within feeling, aligning the voice with the body’s wisdom, and connecting with the creative, erotic pulse that desires to be expressed through each of us.

Connection

The voice, the heart, and the deep self that resides in the womb are intimately connected. Often times, patterns we’ve developed around our voice have been shaped by a once-helpful need to protect the heart, and keep us safe.

This time on the planet needs the voices of female bodies that have liberated themselves — to lead, innovate, educate and facilitate — to mother, nurture, and care — with heart, guided by the wisdom of the body and the Earth.

At the heart of this path is the return to Mystery, where we don’t reach, but rather listen — present to the wisdom of the body, guided by life’s communication and our sensing of aligned time — informed by the rhythms of the seasons, the planetary cycles, and the spirals of our soul’s path.
