Hi there! I’m Ava
I believe that the return to the sacred feminine mysteries is never about the one woman’s return — but about the healing between women, and how we bring healing and love into the world.
For nearly a decade, I’ve been supporting the education and healing return home to the female body — to the womb, the sexual anatomy and life force energy, the heart and breasts, the voice, and the feeling and emotional landscape of the body — aspects of the female bodied experience that have been ridden with shame, repression, and wrongness. Inso doing, aligning our lives with embodied wisdom and honoring the body — and the earth — as both friend and teacher.
I created Embodied Arts as a healing home for those called to restore the wise, intuitive, deeply feeling and caring way of the feminine heart and to gather with other women — as family, creatives and rebels in service to heart, art, and change.

A monthly online ritual gathering for women who desire a space to tend to their relationship with their body, their heart and the voice. These gatherings are a space to tune into to the wisdom within, and to be nourished by beauty, the arts, and togetherness . Through practice, song, herbal plants, & prayer, we create a space to listen, feel, play, and be.
