I work in 3-6-9-12 month packages, depending on the process that you’re in and the length that would feel most supportive. Sometimes it’s great to start with 3 and see how life unfolds, sometimes it’s most powerful to commit to a 9 or 12 month process. Our containers involve 60-75 minute sessions over zoom, usually every 2 weeks. Our first or second session with involve a vedic chart review, and in between sessions you will receive embodiment meditations and practice to deepen relationship with your body, which could include practices specifically focused on relationship with heart, breasts, pelvis, womb, or voice.

I am offering a special of $1,500 for the year of 2026 on my 3 month containers. For a 6 month container it’s $5,000. For a 12 month container it’s $8,000. I also am open to conversation for those navigating financial hardship.
