I support women navigating a season of transformation — who desire to relax into their body, and grow their art, healing work, and impact from a place of ease.

My approach is in soul alignment, and alignment with natural laws. It begins with listening for what the body and life are communicating, and how we can align with the natural current of creation. It’s noticing the patterns of pressure and push that have impacted how we do life and relate to work and money.

This work lives at the intersection of the body, the voice, and the patterns we inherit. The goal isn't to have a goal at all. It’s to become more adept in how we listen, trusting that we have a purpose and a path we don’t need to reach for.

My gifting is in my life experience, my attunement to the process of creation + transformation, and feeling the soul essence within you, your art, your purpose and your business.

You're in the middle of something that's changing you. Maybe it's a relationship that's ending or shifting. A health crisis that's reordering your priorities. A growing awareness that a certain way of living, or working, or relating, is no longer working. A growing longing and readiness to move through patterns that have seemed to hold you back from the freedom you desire.

And yet — you feel unsure, potentially lost, and alone. You have a sense that so much creativity and potential lives inside of you.

It's moments like these where a fundamental shift is being invited, and it’s not always easy to navigate it alone. In fact, I believe that’s part of the issue — we’re not meant to.

What you need isn't advice, it’s some reminders and mirroring. It's a space to come back to yourself — to the body's wisdom, the voice that got quiet, the deeper knowing that has always been there. This is a reclamation of a feminine path of creating that is in fierce rebellion to the consumer, capitalist culture we’ve been raised in. It’s remembering the ways of how we work with the natural laws of the Earth and our body, working with the resources of energy, money, people, and time.

How I work

  • I work in 3-6-9-12 month packages, depending on the process that you’re in and the length that would feel most supportive. Sometimes it’s great to start with 3 and see how life unfolds, sometimes it’s most powerful to commit to a 9 or 12 month process. Our containers involve 60-75 minute sessions over zoom, usually every 2 weeks. Our first or second session with involve a vedic chart review, and in between sessions you will receive embodiment meditations and practice to deepen relationship with your pelvis, body and breasts.

  • My work is unique in that I bring in many different tools. Somatic coaching, shamanic healing, vedic astrology, and a deep understanding of the body, from a sexual somatic healing lens, an ancestral trauma + voice healing lens, an Ayurvedic understanding of the body and health, as well as the path of Soul. I will first attune to your life and your Soul process, both from what you share, and through looking at your vedic chart, and together, we will listen for how you are being guided, and what the present moment situation of your life is inviting. For most, part of the invitation is building relationship with the body and with sensing, so there will be practice invitations around connecting with the pelvis and attuning to sensations. For every person is different, and of course it’s up to you!

  • Submit a message and we will respond with times to connect via zoom.

  • I am offering a special of $1,500 for the year of 2026 on my 3 month containers. For a 6 month container it’s $5,000. For a 12 month container it’s $8,500. I also am open to conversation for those navigating financial hardship.

  • I’m here as a friend, mirror, guide, sometimes a mother figure, sometimes a teacher figure, but always in service to the wisdom, beauty, and genius that lives within you.
