There is a power that lives in the body — a pulse beneath the surface, a current of eros that longs to move, sound, and be known.

In this series, we will meet the voice as it is — including the struggles, the shake, the patterns that create suffering — and embrace it all in compassion and community. We’ll anchor our center in our pelvis and our breath, and devote ourself to the relationship with our feeling body, and the erotic pulse.
